Campfire Terms of Use

Effective: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to the shared campfire (Campfire) of SurvivalStack, a service operated by MindGrove Labs, based in British Columbia, Canada.

By using the campfire, you agree to these terms.

1. Rules

The campfire is a place for people to talk freely and comfortably. Everyone must treat each other with respect, and the following are not allowed:

To keep the community safe, the operator may also act on harmful behaviour not listed above.

2. Reports and restrictions

You can block other users and report inappropriate messages and behaviour.

The operator reviews reports and the related conversations and, depending on how serious the violation is, may give a warning, restrict access for a time, or ban permanently.

If you disagree with an action, you can ask the operator to review it.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You can use the campfire without signing in; linking a Google account is optional.

You must keep your account secure, and you must not use another person's account without permission or create new accounts to get around a restriction.

The campfire is only for people aged 14 and over.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the messages you post.

Messages posted at the campfire can be read and separately recorded by other users, so take care when sharing personal or sensitive information.

MindGrove Labs processes chat messages as needed to provide the service, handle reports and keep the campfire safe. How they are kept and deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. The service and liability

MindGrove Labs works to provide a stable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy or safety of all user content.

Features of the service may change or be suspended without notice, and the service may be discontinued.

To the extent the law allows, MindGrove Labs limits its liability for damages arising from other users' conduct or from use of the service. This does not exclude any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may be revised when needed. Changes will be posted on this page, and important changes will be announced in the service.
